The Driver’s License (Original)
The driver’s license is essential to create your rental contract.
- Original mandatory: Photos on phones or photocopies are strictly refused.
- Foreign licenses: French, Belgian, Spanish, or Dutch licenses are fully accepted in Morocco.
- Experience: You must have held your driver’s license for at least 2 year.
A Valid ID / Passport
The agency must verify the identity of the driver.
- For tourists: The original and valid passport is mandatory.
- For Moroccans and MRE (Moroccans Living Abroad): A valid CNIE (National Electronic Identity Card).
Age Requirements for Renting a Car
